  • Observe the Push to Children Scopes button.

  • When editing curriculum at the District Office level, you will now see a Category input when selecting a node within the Curriculum Editor.

  • The Category field allows you to enter the 1–2 character Weighted Category code associated with that curriculum node (for example, 1 or 2). When the curriculum is pushed from the District Office, the category code will be included with the curriculum updates sent to the applicable child sites.

The Category field is a plain text field and does not provide a dropdown of available categories. Users will need to know the appropriate Weighted Category code before entering it.

  • Once selected, a pop will appear with your Child Scopes listed that have this curriculum.
    • The list displays only child sites that already have a copy of the selected curriculum—meaning the curriculum was previously shared or pushed to those sites from the District Office.

    • If a child site has never received the curriculum, it will not appear in the list and will not receive the update.

    • The available child sites are specific to each curriculum, so the sites displayed may vary depending on where that curriculum was originally shared.
  • Type Confirm in the box and select Confirm.
