Navigation
Go to Student Dashboard > Med tab > Emergency Card
- To make changes, simply check the boxes or fill in the information below. You can add or delete as needed. Once you're done, click Save.
- To Print: Select Printable Form in the right hand corner
- Click Save once Complete
- Type CONFIRM in box at bottom of screen if deleting current info
