Reg Online: Applicant Summary Page

The Applicant Summary Page allows users to view and verify student documents, review registration responses, and create notes or plans related to the applicant.


Table of Contents


Navigation
  • Go to: Student Dashboard > Reg-Online > Magnifying Glass

or 

  • Admin > Reg- Online > Admin Page

  • Click Show All (This will bring you to the Households page)

  • Select the Student you want to view

  • Click the Summary icon (Folder) for the selected student


Overview of the Summary Page

 

Key information to review:

  • Assign Applicant to a Staff member & See what data is awaiting

  • Override The School If needed
  • View Current Documents & Historical Documents

  • Review the Students SPED Verified Status,

  • Add or Review Notes

  • Add or Review Existing Plans

Current Documents 

There are 3 sections:

  • Required Signed Documents
  • Uploaded Documents
  • Student Forms

Admin: These documents reflect the 'Setup Documents page' when setting up your Reg-Online.

Required Signed Documents

  • Document Type: Reflects the Name of the Document

  • School year

  • Downloadable File

  • Date the document was received

  • The next Three Boxes reflect the status of the document as it has been updated in the far right column.
    • Verified
    • Rejected
    • Exception
  • These will populate the date once the status has been updated.

  • You can also add a Custom Document to this particular student

  • Create these Custom Documents in the 'Setup Documents' page.

  • Admin > Reg- Online > Setup Documents 

Uploaded Documents

  • Works similarly to the Signed Documents section, except with an added section 'Options.'

  • This section allows you to remind the Household, add a document, and replace the document. 

  • Select Remind Household to populate the Send Reminder to Household Button
  • This will send a reminder to the household about uploading this document.

  • 'Add Document' will allow you to manually upload this document Via Pathways.

  • Replace the Document allows you to manually upload and replace the document. 

 

Student Forms

  • Are Forms & Surveys that have been included in the Reg-Online Application.

  • This is a Paid-Add-on.

  • This allows you to view the details of the Form that was submitted. 

 


Historical Documents 

Historical Documents allow you to historically view documents submitted in the Past.

  • You will be able to download the document, review the School Year, see the Received Date as well as see when and if the Document was Verified, Rejected, an Exception or Replace and Add a Document under the Options section. 

 

Once the Applicant Summary page is reviewed and verified, you can move on to the next steps, by approving the application and preparing for Import.
