# Staff Attendance

## If you are interested in utilizing our Staff Attendance tool please contact a School Pathways representative to assist in turning on this module.

Before you can begin claiming attendance for staff members you will need to review the following two areas:

     1. The attendance claim codes listed on this page will be available for staff attendance claims. Review the list of codes and edit or add new codes as needed.

2\. **Admin\>Staff Info\>Show Staff List. Edit Staff Employment Record**

a. Update Staff Employment records to include the staff attendance school tracks indicator. This allows the system to know which school track's calendar to associate with the staff member while adjusting attendance claims.

#### Claiming Staff Attendance

- To claim staff attendance first search for the staff member by any combination of staff number, last name, or first name and select the desired dates you wish to adjust.

- In order to change an attendance code, simply click on the defaulted "P" code for the desired date and select the appropriate code from the pop-up selection. Once you have made all needed adjustments click the Save button.

You can view the Staff Attendance section on the Staff Dashboard for a year to date breakdown of claims:
