Navigate to:
- Teachers > Logins > Reg- Online Info
- This page allows you to view,
- Student Name and Grade Level
- HDC Status
- HDC Signed Date
- Household Name
- Last Login Activity
- Current Registration Status
- Emails Sent
- Confirmation Details
- Utilize the Legend to view which stage the Household is in for Reg - Online.
- Imported: There registration has been imported into the SIS
- Awaiting Import: Their application is complete and they are awaiting import
- Awaiting Data: The Application is not complete
- Needs Review: Applicant summary is ready for review.
- Related Email
- Utilize the bottom taskbar to send out a variety of Notifications when selecting a Household. (ADMIN: these are trigger emails that can be edited, Admin > Settings > Trigger Emails)
- Send Re-Invite Household Emails: Re-send application invitations to families who have not yet started or accessed the registration application.
- Send Returning Household Emails: Send reminder emails to families with an active household account to continue or review their registration information.
- Send Missing Data Reminder Emails: Send reminder emails notifying families that required registration information or data is still missing.

- Toggle Flagging Selected Students as Imported: Toggle the Imported flag on selected student records. When marked as imported, students will appear as completed in REG-Online until the next registration year.
