Report: Activity Logs

The Activity Log will pull in any information filled out on any Learning Logs, Synchronous & Live Interaction that is reported in School Pathways into one report.

If your school decides to preserve this report for future reference, it can be archived as an official document.

Navigation:

Teacher Dashboard > Roster

 

Click Mass Print Reports (This report CAN'T be archived from this navigation)

Across from the Learning Periods 

Click the Activity Log Icon to open the log for the LP you desire to view

Contributing Log Types

You can choose which log types you wish to see on the Activity Log prior to Archiving or Printing. By default, it's set to All, so any activity can be shown.

Your list might look different based off the logs your school is using

 

How to Archive the Report

To archive the Activity Log, you will need to access it for each student separately. Start by going to the Student Roster and click on the arrow next to the student's name to open their student record. From there, click on the "Reports" tab and select "Activity Log."

At the top of the page you can select which signatures to collect and then choose to either Archive (Digitally Sign and invite to sign) or Print (hard copy and wet signatures)

After archiving the report, it is necessary for someone to review and approve the archived document to ensure its inclusion in the Zip File.

Additional Admin Options:

Schools can alternatively limit school-wide, the information that shows on the Activity Log. This typically setup for your school during the onboarding process, but can be changed at anytime. 

  • Via School Policies: Admin>Settings>Policies: Attendance> attendance_contributing_log_types
  • You can use the column for "Student/Class Activities Log Defaults to control what is selected by default in the Contributing Log Types dropdown
