Reports > Attendance > P1/P2 ADA Report
Once on this screen:
Choose Your Track
Choose your Reporting Timeframe
Click Generate Report
*Optional to change your other filters, for example if you have different districts, you can filter to see the different districts on one report
If your school has two tracks, you will need to run this report twice, each report will show a different track.
If you are a COE use this section in filters to choose your date range
If you are NOT a COE Skip this section
Once both reports are run, you will have to add your numbers together and report that info to the state.
Regular ADA is all ADA Claimed
ADA is broken down according to how the ADA was claimed
There needs to be at least 55% of instructional days prior to P2
