Key Filters on the Enrollment Interest Review Page

The Enrollment Interest Review page provides several filters to help you manage and identify your lottery pool. Below are key filters to understand:

    • Application School Year: Filter by the school year you are running a lottery for. This is essential for excluding outdated applications.

    • Enrollment Interest Status: Track and manage the status of student applications. Common statuses include:

      • Accepted: Students who have won the lottery.
      • Rejected: Students who did not win or have invalid/duplicate applications.
      • Waitlist: Applied to students placed on the waitlist after the lottery is committed.
      • Pending: For schools that review applications before setting their status.
      • No Status: The default setting for all new applicants.
    • Show Extra Columns: Useful for filtering additional data points. Select desired columns, then click "Search Enrollment Interest Applicants" to display this information.


    Applying Filters

    Once you've selected your desired filters:

    1. Click "Search Enrollment Interest Applicants."


    Applicant View

    Location: Admin > Application & Lottery > Enrollment Interest Review > Applicant Name

    A new Applicant-centric view has been added for Application & Lottery users. This view provides:

    • Complete Data Display: View all data collected from the Enrollment Interest Form.
    • Priority Groups, Programs, and Pre-Qualifications: Easily access detailed information about the applicant’s priority groups and pre-qualification criteria.
    • Historical Change Log: Review a log of changes made to the applicant's data over time for better tracking and auditing.


    Importing Applicants

    If you choose to import applicants instead of using the Enrollment Interest Form:

    1. Ensure all required data points are included as questions on the Configure Enrollment Interest Form page.
    2. Click "Import Applicants"
    3. Click "Download Import Template"
      • Ensure all data points you wish to collect and import are available as columns on the template
      • Use our Public File Specs found here to see which fields are required and formatting
    4. Once you have a properly formatted and complete CSV, click the Choose file and click Import to import your student data.

    Additional Options on the Enrollment Interest Review Page

    1. Adjust Grade Levels:
      Modify incorrect grade levels and save changes.

    2. Adjust a Status and/or Add a Note:
      Select a student, adjust their status, and add a note using the "Set Status and Note" button.

    3. Update Statuses in Mass:
      Select multiple students and apply a status update using the "Update Statuses" button.

    4. Download PDF:
      For applicants using the Enrollment Interest Form, download individual or mass PDFs of submitted forms. Note: This feature is unavailable for imported applicants.

    5. Copy Status Link:
      Share a link with families to track the status of their application.
