Key Filters on the Enrollment Interest Review Page
The Enrollment Interest Review page provides several filters to help you manage and identify your lottery pool. Below are key filters to understand:
-
Application School Year: Filter by the school year you are running a lottery for. This is essential for excluding outdated applications.
-
Enrollment Interest Status: Track and manage the status of student applications. Common statuses include:
- Accepted: Students who have won the lottery.
- Rejected: Students who did not win or have invalid/duplicate applications.
- Waitlist: Applied to students placed on the waitlist after the lottery is committed.
- Pending: For schools that review applications before setting their status.
- No Status: The default setting for all new applicants.
-
Show Extra Columns: Useful for filtering additional data points. Select desired columns, then click "Search Enrollment Interest Applicants" to display this information.
Applying Filters
Once you've selected your desired filters:
- Click "Search Enrollment Interest Applicants."
Applicant View
Location: Admin > Application & Lottery > Enrollment Interest Review > Applicant Name

- Priority Groups, Programs, and Pre-Qualifications: Easily access detailed information about the applicant’s priority groups and pre-qualification criteria.
- Historical Change Log: Review a log of changes made to the applicant's data over time for better tracking and auditing.
Importing Applicants
If you choose to import applicants instead of using the Enrollment Interest Form:
- Ensure all required data points are included as questions on the Configure Enrollment Interest Form page.
- Click "Import Applicants"
- Click "Download Import Template"
- Ensure all data points you wish to collect and import are available as columns on the template
- Use our Public File Specs found here to see which fields are required and formatting
