Admin: Verify Attendance
The Attendance Admin can "Verify" attendance that was either Printed or Archived (Digital Signatures) with the instructions below.
Archived Forms
Administrators can review and approve attendance forms that have been archived by teachers. This process provides an additional layer of oversight by identifying who approved each attendance claim form. The approver's name is displayed in the Verified By section of the Approval Stack and is also included in the CSV export to support auditing and compliance efforts.

Choose Filters the best fit the need of the data you are trying to pull

Click Update

The first View that will populate is the overview of the "List of Attendance Forms"
Grey Box: Incomplete Form
Yellow Box: Needs Approval by Admin (Final Step)

To Approve Attendance Forms:

Click the Approval Stack Tab

Click Approve Tab to approve the document or Skip Tab to skip the document and move to the next document.
- Utilize the Reject Button to reject an attendance sheet.

- If you reject a form, you can provide the staff member with an authorization code that allows them to access and correct the attendance form before resubmitting it for review.
- Navigate to: Admin > Attendance > Admin > Attendance Claim Change Authorization
- Give the code to the staff member
- The Staff member will then navigate back to their PLS Roster > Attendance > Enter the authorization code provided by the administrator in the box at the bottom of the page
- Select Save.
Important: Ensure all edits have been completed and reviewed before clicking Save. Once the authorization code is used, it cannot be reused. If additional changes are needed after saving, a new Attendance Change Authorization Request Number must be generated and the authorization process must be completed again.
Printed Forms:
Forms that have been printed are not available for viewing in the Approve Stack. Users can use the Form and Tracking number to indicate in the system that the form was received and approved.
Navigation: Admin > Attendance > Admin > Confirm Attendance Forms
Using the Form # and Tracking number found on the printed attendance form, schools can "Verify"/Approve the attendance forms
