CMS- Creating and Associating Room Numbers
Room numbers can be added to classes for printing on student schedules. They also play a critical part in the Mealtime export.
Getting Started
- After creating your learning centers (guide here) and before you create classes (guide here), we recommend adding any room numbers you would like to use.
Navigation
Learning Centers tab > Learning Center of choice > Management > Define Rooms for this Learning Center
Click "Add Room" and enter your room number
Click Save
Upon save, these can now be added to classes when creating a new class, or editing an existing (within that Learning Center)
Room Numbers must be set up in each Learning Center to make them available in the classes for that Learning Center
