      Enrollment Interest Form: Customize/Create

      Users now have more configuration options for the Enrollment Interest Form. You have ability to control everything from the title to the font used, background and font colors. Users can also add custom text that can be used to insert images.

      Reports > Students > Enrollment Interest Report > Configure Enrollment Interest Form

      or

      Admin > Application & Lottery

       

      Features:

      1. Create your own questions to be added to the form as well as :

      • text boxes,
      • radio button options,
      •  auto-generate an internal key for the custom question. This should save time and ensure a valid key is provided for all users
      • checkboxes, and more.

      2. All collected data can be displayed on the Enrollment Interest Report as additional columns.


      3.  School Policies will allow for sibling and staff identifications in the form and other customizations. 

      4.  You can Add New Sections to the Form as well as reorder the fields.

      Add a New School Year for the Enrollment Interest Report 

      Navigation: 

      Admin> Settings> School Calendars

      • This feature enables families to select the correct school year when completing the form from a dropdown menu.

      Click Lookup Manage School Years 

      Type the Beginning Year  EX: 2024

      Click Create

      Activate the School Years you would like visible on the enrollment interest form

      More Policies:

      Change Dropdown to: Admin/reports/enrollment_interest_report.php

      This policy will allow you to update the grade a student is in if the parent filled it out incorrectly. 

       

       

      Configure/ Create Enrollment Interest Form

      Navigation:

      Reports> Students> Enrollment Interest Report

      Click Configure Enrollment Interest Report Tab

      Features of the Page:

      • Form Title: Name your FOrm Ex: 2023-2024 Enrollment Interest Form
      • Font: Choose Font Size, ETC
      • Introduction: Give a brief overview of what the parents should expect with this process
      • Sections: Plus Sign on the far right

        Question: One Questions Per Line
        Questions Group: You can have First & Last name on one line

      • Move questions around as needed by clicking on the icon far right and dragging and dropping as needed

      • After creating your form, you can easily view it by returning to the Enrollment Interest Review Tab and clicking on the link at the top of the page.
      • To share the form with others, simply copy the link from the Search URL at the top of the screen and paste it into your school's website.

      Enrollment Interest Form Lottery Settings:A  policy is available that lets schools send a notification to staff letting them know when an Enrollment Interest form is completed.
