      Direct Certification 

       

      In CALPADS:

      Request Direct Cert File in CALPADS: Extracts>Direct Certification Extract. Request the file and download.

      Extracts

      In School Pathways:

      Reports>State/Federal>CALPADS>Ongoing SSID Update

      Click on the link to Load a Direct Certification Extract.

      Note: School have the ability to to view they previously imported direct certification extract by, “Click here to view the lasters Direct Cert data loaded” link

      Load the Direct Cert Extract 

      Click LOAD new direct certification data. 

      Direct Certification status and timestamp are kept separately on the HDC tab of the student registration form.
