Master Agreement/Addendum Template Setup/Edit

This guide will help you to update and or create a Master Agreement Template, you will need admin rights to gain access to this page.

Admin > PLS Report Writer > Master Agreement Template

On the left side of the screen are your Master Agreement Templates:

Pencil Icon : Edit

Paper Icon : Copy MA

Eyeball Icon: Preview

Power Icon: Activates the MA

The left side of your screen where you can edit the verbiage used in the current MA

Right Side of Screen: 

Acknowledgement Of Responsibilities

Master Agreement Addendum

You can Edit, Copy, Preview, and Activate as needed.

Multiple Master Agreements

You can have multiple active Master Agreement templates active at the same time

Once the Page Policy is Turned on you can navigate to your Master Agreement Templates:

Navigation: Admin > PLS Report Writer > Oversight > Master Agreement Template

• You can now Activate multiple Master Agreements by clicking in the box next to the Master Agreement 
• Clicking on Power Icon to the Far Right

Additional Page Policy Options

Create Your Addendum :

Same instructions as above although:

Bottom right side of page 

Click Create New Addendum
