Archived documents can be signed in person opposed to sending an email invite.

Electronic Signing & Sending Process: In Person

• Student or staff can sign on the laptop/ computer /tablet and or phone using the cursor 

• It is a new state law that students with IEPs must have a SPED representative sign the MA

• Type in the Student name and have student sign if they are in person
• Use the cursor to sign
• Edit date if necessary (it defaults to the current day)

If the student is not in person, you will have the option to invite them to sign via email.

The student can sign on screen or use digital signature
