      CALPADS End of Year Submissions- Extracts

      Steps: Reports>State/Federal>CALPADS>EOY


      Reminders:

      • End of Year Reporting encompasses the entire school year

      Files:

      • Validation check is done on files before downloading, errors can be downloaded as csv. 

      CONFIRM Force download can be used to submit file without the records that have errors 

      • Checkbox is available to Force CONFIRM download of file with records that have errors. (During End of year this checkbox will remove college completion indicators from the SENR file).

      • 3.9 - Course Sections Completed - Count by Content Area for Departmentalized Courses

      Course completion is pulled from the finalized report card grades. CTE and Work-based learning are pulled from their respective tabs on the student transcript record.

      Discipline data is pulled from the discipline tab of the student dashboard. An incident must be created first then linked to a discipline record. All incident and discipline records are reported to CALPADS. The Referrals tab can be used to track merits or demerits that are not reported to CALPADS.
