Enrollment Interest Form: Import Applicants

If your school collects applicants outside of the Enrollment Interest Form, you can upload using a CSV

Navigation:  Admin > Application & Lottery 

Enrollment Interest Review tab 

Import Applicants 

Download the Import Template to use as your header guide

If you have additional information that you have collected and they are represented by additional headers in your csv, those must be represented on the Enrollment Interest form as a customer question.  See that section below "Adding Additional Information"

Once you have your csv file ready for import you will:

  • Click "Choose File", choose an import status (No Status, Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Waitlist) 
  • Click "Import"

If no errors present- the csv list of applicants will be available to filter on the Enrollment Interest Review page.

A few key points for the data fields:

  • Put a number 0 to represent NO
  • Put a number 1 to represent Yes
  • Year format 2024 - 2025 (year , space, dash, space, year)
  • 2-digit state identifier in all caps, e.g. CA, 
  • City is required
  • Kinder is 0
  • TK is -1

 

Adding Additional Information

Your school may collect additional information that you want to include and use as filter options for your lottery. 

Those additional fields must be included on the Enrollment Interest Form in School Pathways as a question so that the answers can be recorded in the system and used for your Lottery Settings.

Example: You collected and Yes/No answer for "Student is In-District"

Add this as an available question on the Configure Enrollment Interest Form

Click the Plus Sign and choose "Question"

 

Type in the "Label" (Question Reference)

click the Key Icon (this will represent a new header on the CSV template for your import

Click Save

Enter any answer options that you might include on the
