Click Arrow next to Add New Entry

School Year: Enter Year of Transcript

School: Choose County/ Add School Name

City: Enter City of Previous School

Grade level: What Grade does the Transcript Reflect

Term: Enter Term of Transcript

State: What State did the Transcript come from

CEEB Code:

School Type: What kind of school

Click Save when finished with top portion of page

Click Green Plus Icon to add a New Row

Mods:

Choose Category for Course

Provide the Course Name

Grade: Grade Student Earned

CrdAtt: Credits Attempted

CrdErn: Credits Earned

Once all areas are filled in correctly Click Save Term
