Forms & Surveys Frequently Asked Questions
- If you don't set the form to appear in REG-Online, does it appear in the parent portal?
A.This is based on how you choose to send the form once it’s activated. This can be the Portal, Email or URL (outside of REG-Online). - In the approval workflow, is there the ability to select multiple roles or users to perform that step if many people are managing a form?
A. Right now you can only have 1 person approve at an approval step - If you use the SIS update feature, is there a review step? Maybe a confirm/deny step before the data is written to production?
A. Not at this time - If the form is sent to the portal, what kind of notification is sent to parents?
A. An email is sent, but you will need to set this up in the trigger emails for parents and student portal - Can we upload a file of document to form
A.You can add a link to the form you want filled out (google form link) and upload file form - Can you send this form to other students and or Parents if not in the SIS
A.Click the Copy URL and send the URL to necessary individuals. - How do the repeatable forms work
A. These are options for storing the forms with Archiving. - How do I get a Price Quote
A.Please reach out to account manager - Will this be more admin or teacher level
It can be for both depending on permissions to distribute forms
10. Can you put the form in their portal and also email them? Will it update via portal if
they sign it via email?
A. If you send it via the portal, the user will also get an email telling them it’s in the portal, so you shouldn’t need to send it twice.
