Notes
Configure Test Module Login Settings
- To enable this feature, you will need a username and password for reporting in the test module settings. Simply navigate to Admin>Test Module>Test Module to set it up.
- Input your login credentials from TOMS into this designated section:
Activate Page Policy in ETS/Toms
- Navigate to the ETS/Toms Platform Page Polices under your page polices section:
- To ensure seamless operation of the import bridge, it is necessary to enable real-time TOMS connection. If you wish to transmit settings for SPED students from our system, make sure to deactivate the option to disallow sending settings to TOMS for SPED Students in the page policy settings.
- Navigate to the students TOMS section of the dashboard. Once in that section, verify that you are adjusting the accurate test settings for each specific test (CAASPP or ELPAC TOMS):
View and Import Accommodations from Toms
- If you wish to view the accommodations already in TOMS, they will be displayed at the top. In case you do not see any accommodations, kindly verify by clicking on the import settings from TOMS to confirm that no accommodations have already been imported into TOMS.
- For the test settings to be sent to TOMS, it is essential that the student has an SSID and is listed in TOMS.
Manually Adjust Student Accommodations
- Go to the Student Needs section to see a detailed list of Embedded, Non-Embedded, Designated Support, or non-embedded designated support options based on your choice. The system will display recommended accommodations based on your selection.
- If the student is identified as having a 504 plan or Special Education, please make sure to select the appropriate filter option under the Student Needs section. It is recommended to choose either an Individualized Education Program or Section 504 plan to populate the recommended accommodations.
Verify and Confirm
- The system will only permit you to transfer settings for students in grades 3-8 and 10-12.
- Ensure to thoroughly review all settings and accommodations before proceeding with exporting to TOMS. Once you have verified and confirmed that all settings are accurate, click on Save.
- After saving, proceed to transfer the saved settings to TOMS by clicking on the "Transfer saved Settings to TOMS" button.
Notes
- Ensure all uploads and transfers are done separately for ELPAC and General ED data.
