Engagement Calendar Event Participation Report
This guide will help you navigate through the system to access and export the Engagement Calendar Event Participation Report.
Table of Contents
Step 1: Access the Report
- Navigate to the Teachers tab and choose the engagement option from the drop-down menu. Then, under the Engagement section, click on Reports and select the Engagement calendar event participation report.
Step 2: Modifying the filters
- Select the relevant teacher, school, program, grade level, or school year and range for filtering. If you don't make any adjustments to the filters, the system will retrieve all events based on the selected school year and range.
- Within the Other Options settings, you can filter between synchronous instructions or live interactions. Additionally, you have the option to organize the report by students or events.
Step 3: Reviewing the Search Results
- When grouping by student, the results will display the list of students who participated in an event during the specified range. You can then choose the students and either print the report (PDF) or download it as a CSV file.
- When grouping by event, the results will display all the events that occurred during that time frame. You can then choose the event and either print the report (PDF) or download it as a CSV file.
