For families whose preferred communication language is not English, Trigger Emails can also be configured in multiple languages. To ensure multilingual Trigger Emails are sent correctly, schools will need to complete a few setup steps, including adding the appropriate language to the Trigger Email and updating the preferred language for the student and/or parent or guardian. Be sure to enter the translated content directly into the appropriate language section when setting up the Trigger Email.  If you choose a language other than English and **do not** add the translated language to your trigger templates, the email trigger will default to English. --- ##### Step 3: Modify the Student and Parent/Guardian Preferred Language Communications -
