iReady Score-File Nightly Import

School Pathways has an Export (Add On) bridge with iReady. In late 2024 iReady made it possible for us to Import the Diagnostic Results. This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to make that happen.

Overview

If you are using the School Pathways' Export bridge to send data to iReady (Paid Add-on product), then you can reach out to iReady to sign and set up the data exchange contract. They will then provide their files to the same server and School Pathways will retrieve them nightly.

• Scores displayed on students' dashboards
• Scores displayed in Student/Parent Portals

Navigation in School Pathways

Reports > Exports > iReady

• Exports are sent nightly automatically to iReady
• Imports are retrieved nightly and loaded automatically into the system
• Schools can click the "Export" button in the exports sectio to get a CSV of the data we are sending.
• Schools can click the "Download" button in the Imports section to get a CSV of the data we are receiving.

Setting up the Import

1. Confirm that you are currently utilizing the existing bridge from School Pathways to iReady
   • You can do this by navigating to your Reports > Exports, or by reaching out to us at School Pathways
2. Once the first step is complete and your school is using the bridge, you must contact iReady to let them know you would like to send the Diagnostic Results for ELA and Math to School Pathways. 
   • iReady typically requires a contract signed on their side
   • iReady will begin sending the files- no other work needed.
