Frequently Answered Issues:

 

  1. Student is not coming over as enrolled

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Fo to  the student dashboard
  • Click Omnibus data Icon
  • Look for “enrolled_date”
  • Look for “primary_teacher”

If missing- reach out to Stride to resolve

Mapping:

District of Residence missing in address: must be mapped in Reports……
