Edgenuity: Link to Existing Edgenuity Course

Link an existing Edgenuity course to your classroom to ensure accurate student enrollment, grading synchronization, and streamlined course management within the SIS.

***This process must be completed by teachers for each student individually and for each class.


Navigation and Steps

Step 1: Open Your Student Roster

  1. Log in and open your Student Roster.
  2. In this example, we will use the student Amador, Joshua.


Step 2: Expand the Student’s Course List

  1. Locate the expander toggle to the left of the student’s name.
  2. Click the toggle to view all available courses that are not yet linked to Edgenuity.


Step 3: Edit the PLS Class

  1. Next to the class name, click the cogwheel icon.
  2. A dropdown menu will appear — select “Edit PLS Class.”


Step 4: Open the Curriculum Tab

  1. The Edit PLS Class page will open.
  2. Click on the Curriculum tab.
  3. Under Imported Bridge Curricula, locate the Edgenuity icon in the first box.



Step 5: Link the Edgenuity Course



  1. Click the Edgenuity icon.
  2. The Link Existing Edgenuity window will open, displaying a list of available course names.
  3. Scroll through the list and find the course name that matches the class selected in Step 3.
  4. Once located, click “Link Class.”

 


Step 6: Verify the Linked Course

  1. Return to the student roster.
  2. Review the student’s courses — you will now see the Edgenuity-linked course listed.



Repeat these steps for each remaining class until all courses are successfully linked to Edgenuity.
