Landing Page
The Med tab on a student's dashboard features a centralized Medical Records Landing Page, providing quick and easy access to all sections of the student's medical information.
Rather than navigating through individual tabs, users can select from the following sections directly from the landing page:
- Immunization Record: View and manage student immunization records and compliance status.
- Emergency Card: Access emergency contacts, allergy alerts, and medical authorizations.
- Oral Health: Review oral health screenings and dental assessment history.
- Vision & Hearing: Track vision and hearing screening results and referral status.
- Health Notes: View nurse visit logs, health conditions, and medication records.
Simply select the desired section to view or manage the student's medical information.
Immunization Record Tab:
- Helps to keep track of any immunizations the student might have
- You can also mark if they are exempt
- Show students who have dose-level errors/warnings. This should help schools identify students who may still be compliant but have individual dose issues
Emergency Card Tab:
- Emergency Contacts
- Other Children in Household
- Health Information
- Insurance Information
- Physician Information
Oral Health tab:
- Oral Health Data Collection
- Waiver of Oral health
Vision and Hearing Tab:
- Student Vision
- Student Hearing
Health Notes Tab
- Good Place for the nurse to notate if the student was in the Nurses' office
Student Notes
The Student Notes section within the Med tab allows users to create and maintain notes specific to a student's medical information. This provides a convenient way to document health-related observations, concerns, and other relevant information directly within the student's medical record.
