Step 1: Accessing the lottery Dashboard

• • After logging in, you can find the Admin menu on the left-hand side. From there, simply click on Application & Lottery in the drop-down menu. Within the Application & Lottery section, choose the Lottery Dashboard option.

  Step 2: Understanding the Dashboard Components

  • The trend of sign-ups over a selected period is displayed in the Sign-Ups Over Time section. Please note that this cannot be modified at this time.
  • The Grade Level Breakdown section illustrates the distribution of sign-ups across different grade levels.
  • In the Application Status Breakdown section, a visual representation of application statuses (e.g., pending, approved, rejected) is provided.
  • The Status of Pre-Qualifications section indicates the current status of pre-qualifications for the selected date range.
    

   

• Step 3: Customizing your Dashboard

  • Navigate to the top of the page and choose the Customize Lottery Dashboard option.
    
  • Adding and Arranging Charts
    • Click on the "Add" button, then choose between a column or pie chart, and select the specific question from the Enrollment Interest Form that you wish to include.
      
    • You can easily move charts to different rows or add a row by clicking on the 'add row' option at the bottom. To relocate a chart, simply click and hold the chart, then drag it to your preferred location.

• • • Once you have chosen your fields and named the Chart, simply click on Save Layout to view your updated fields on the lottery dashboard.
