Parent Portal - Grades/Transcripts
This guide provides detailed instructions on how to access grades and transcripts in the student portal.

Logging into the Portal
- Navigate to the parent/student portal
- Log in with your credentials
Accessing Grades
- Once logged into the portal, go to the "Classes" section as shown below.
- Within the "Classes" section, locate and click on the "Assignments and Grades" section. If your school utilizes the gradebook in School Pathways, this section will provide a comprehensive list of all the classes your student is currently enrolled in. Here, you can easily access assignments and view computer-generated grades, if this feature is enabled by your school.
- To view assignments, click on the blue icon labeled "View Assignments." See the screenshot below.
Viewing Assignments
- In the "View Assignments" section, you can update the class or school period if your student is in multiple classes.
- Navigate to the assignments section to view any assignments that have been assigned by your classroom instructor.
Viewing Report Cards
- Navigate to the "Reports" section in order to access progress reports and report cards that have been created for your student according to your school's settings. Select the "Reports" tab, then choose "Report Cards" to view the information:
- This section will display a list of progress reports and report cards that have been created for your student, based on the settings enabled by your school.
- To access a report card, just click on the specific period you're interested in. The grades will then be displayed for you to view.
- To print, simply choose "Print Finalized PDF" located at the top of the page.
Viewing Transcripts
- Click on the "Reports" tab, then select "Transcripts."
- In the "Transcripts" section, you have two options (see screenshot below):
- Print an unofficial transcript.
- Preview the transcript.
