Latest Update: Curriculum Attachment Feature
Teachers > Mass Edit PLS Classes

Users can now attach curricula via the Mass Edit PLS Classes tool.
-
This feature is not compatible with external curricula from two-way integrations (Buzz, Canvas, Edgenuity, Edmentum, Google Classroom).
-
This enhancement allows administrators and teachers to update curriculum assignments across multiple classes quickly.
Navigation
Accessing the Tool

Navigate to Teachers > Mass Edit PLS Classes

Refine your search by selecting specific criteria to tailor results

Click Search to display relevant PLS classes

Select the desired area to edit by clicking in the respective box

Click Edit Classes to begin making changes
Editing PLS Classes
Once inside the Edit Classes screen, you can update various class attributes.
Editing Different Sections

Click inside the Field you want to edit

Enter the new value in the Updated Value section

Click the Plus Sign (+) to add an instructor
-
Adjust instructor assignments using the Blue Sliders under the Edit Instructor section
Editing Reporting Status
- Scroll further down the screen to locate the Reporting Status section
- Modify any necessary fields related to grading and reporting
