PLS: Mass Edit Class

This tool enables users to bulk update PLS Classes.

This tool will help users save significant time when making large-scale changes to PLS Classes. Common use cases include:

• Update Primary Instructor
• Add/Remove/Adjust HQT
• Change Date Ranges and/or Tracks
• Change Report Card Grading Method

Navigation:

Teachers > Mass Edit PLS Classes

Refine your search by specifying various criteria and entering the relevant details to tailor the results to your requirements.

Click Search

Click in the Box next to the desired area to edit

Click Edit Classes

This is where the real action takes place - this screen is where you can select what you want to edit.

To edit different sections:

• click in the Field you desire to edit
• click in the Updated Value section
• click the Plus Sign to add an instructor
• you can move the Blue Sliders back and forth under the Edit Instructor area
  
  

If you scroll further down on the screen you will see an area to edit the reporting status
