Reg Online: Workflow Reg Online Process
Here is a step-by-step workflow guide for your school to successfully complete the Reg Online process, from beginning to end.
Step 1: Enrollment Interest From is Provided to families who are interested in attending your school
Step 2: Lottery process is completed by your school (if your school uses our lottery once you accept the families, they will get an email with a link to begin the Reg Online Process)
Step 3: Families get invited to Register in Reg Online from your school/ and complete
Step 4: Import Student: Following your school policies, someone should go into Public Registration > Admin page and check the following (the tab you click on will depend on what you need to complete at the moment) Clean up areas a needed
Reg Online: Enrollment Process /Video to complete items listed below
- Finish Registration:Update Primary Language
- Create Enrollment Record
- Create Staff Association
- Put the Student in classes
- Import other parents if necessary
Click Refresh registration Tab to see the updates
Registration > Admin Page Tabs along the top you can filter through to get an overview of all students in each catagory
- Show Awaiting Data
- Show Needs Review
- Show Awaiting Import
- Show Already Imported
- Show Empty Households
- Show Withdrawn Households
