The SEDS Bridge in School Pathways is a tool that enables our system to automatically retrieve and update key special education data from SEIS & SIRAS.

All data retrieved from SEIS or SIRAS is securely stored in the SEDS SYNC section within the student's Special Programs/Accommodation section.

2. SEIS Information

  • SEIS (Special Education Information System) consists of two components: an Export Bridge and an Import Bridge.
  • School Pathways users can perform a one-way export within SEIS or run both the export and import functions together. Note that the Import Bridge cannot be used independently — the Export Bridge must run first.

3. Set Up Process

  • Contact your account representative at School Pathways or reach out to Customer Support at CustomerSupport@schoolpathways.com for assistance in setting up the process.
  • Schedule a meeting with School Pathways representatives (including a Customer Support team member), a school official, and the SEIS Representative.

  • The primary SEIS contact is the SEIS Representative at your district's SELPA or county office of education. Either the school or School Pathways can initiate contact.
