2. SEIS Information

  • SEIS consists of two distinct components: an Export Bridge and an Import Bridge.
  • Users of School Pathways have the option to either execute a one-way export within SEIS or carry out both export and import functions simultaneously. It is crucial to understand that the import bridge cannot be utilized independently.

3. Set Up Process

  • Contact your account representative at School Pathways or reach out to Customer Support at CustomerSupport@schoolpathways.com for assistance in setting up the process.
  • A meeting should be arranged with representatives from School Pathways, including John W from the Customer Support team, along with a school official and the SEIS Representative.
  • The primary contact for SEIS is Michael Pham, who can be reached at seisintegration@sjcoe.net. Contact can be initiated by either the school or School Pathways.
