Accessing the Enrollments Section

  1. Navigate to the Student Dashboard:

    • Go to the main menu and select Student Dashboard.
    • Select the student for whom you would like to manage the enrollment.
  2. Access Enrollments:

    • Within the Student Dashboard, click on the Enrollments tab.

Adding a "Title I Part A Basic Targeted" Special Program Enrollment

  1. Click on Green Add Enrollment:

    • Click on the green icon within the Enrollments section to add a special enrollment.

  2. Select Program Type:

    • Navigate to the program section within the special program/service tab to view the available programs enabled for your school.
    • Select Title I Part A Basic Targeted as the program type.

Service Code Requirement

When adding or editing a "Title I Part A Basic Targeted" Special Program Enrollment, the Service Code field is mandatory. You must enter a valid Service Code to save the enrollment.

  1. Enter Service Code:

    • In the Service Code field, input the appropriate code related to the services provided under this program.
  2. Review All Information:

    • Double-check all the details entered, including the Service Code.
  3. Save the Enrollment:

    • Click the Save button to finalize the special program enrollment
