Navigation
-
Learning Centers > Desired Learning Center > List Classes
-
- Utilize the filter for Registration Windows if your classes have varying dates (e.g., Fall/Spring vs Year Long). If all classes span a year, you can bypass this step.
- Select the option to "Show Classes/Refresh" to display the classes in the desired Learning Center.
- Continue scrolling until you reach the bottom of the page.
- Navigate to the option labeled "Mass Copy Classes" and click on it to proceed with copying classes in bulk.
- Choose the classes you wish to copy.
- Choose the Learning Center where you want to copy the classes to.
- Specify the dates for your classes: (These dates will determine the start and end dates of the classes when copying them over)

- Adjust any necessary details in the classes such as instructor names and meeting times/days. If the class is linked to external curricula like Edgenuity or Google Classroom, refrain from duplicating the curricula.
- Avoid duplicating students when transferring classes to the upcoming school year.
- Avoid entering instructor start and end dates unless there is a change in teachers.
- After you have made all the necessary adjustments, click on the "Copy Classes" button to proceed with copying the classes.

- Update your preferences on the class list to view the upcoming school year's schedule. Click on "Show Classes/Refresh" to see the newly created classes.
- Continue to follow the steps as necessary until all classes have been successfully copied.
