Students: Leaving School

When a student departs from your school, it is important to deactivate their access to the Portal.

  • If a student leaves the school and their access to the Portal is disabled, parents logging in will no longer see any currently enrolled students or their names.
  • The family will need to go through the registration process again unless the school withdraws their household from the system.

DIsable Access  to the Portal:

Navigation: Admin > Security > Security > Define Users

Click Student /Parent Login letters

Click on the Username of whom you want to disable

Click Disable Password
