Sunbucks

A new school policy has introduced a Sunbucks reporting tab under Student Registration. This update includes a dedicated report that allows for the export of Sunbucks data to meet the requirements of the Education Data Collection System.

Policy 

Navigate to the policy page and enable the Sunbucks Reporting tab within your access scope

Admin > Settings > Policies > Student Registration.

Enable the Sunbuck resting tab under student registration. > Toggle from No to Yes

Student Registration Tab 

Student Registration will have a Sunbucks tab available in Student Registration.

Data Fields 

UBA (Universal Benefits Application):
Application used to determine eligibility for various benefit programs.

Benefits Extended Date:
Indicates the date extended data was received related to Summer EBT eligibility.

NSLP (National School Lunch Program – Physical Application):
Student applied for the National School Lunch Program using a physical application form.

Direct Certification Date:
Date a student was automatically deemed eligible based on participation in certain government assistance programs. This determination is made through data exchange between the appropriate agency and the state, local educational agency, or school.
