This guide explains how to use Student Profiles in the system to access and print essential student information efficiently. It outlines the customizable features of profiles, enabling you to include only relevant details and save templates.
Accessing the Student Profile
You can access a student's profile directly from the Student Dashboard. Click on the profile icon within the dashboard to navigate to this section. This feature provides quick and easy navigation to student information from various parts of the system.
Features of the Student Profile
Printable Information
Student Profiles allow you to include the following information for printing:

Saving and Using Templates

You can create and save profile templates to streamline the printing process.

Saved templates eliminate the need to rebuild the profile layout each time you need to print a report.

Access saved templates under Student Dashboard > Profile.
New Feature: Discipline Referrals

Discipline Referrals have been added as a new option in the Student Profile.
-
This addition allows administrators and teachers to include and print discipline-related information when requested.
Steps to Access and Print a Student Profile

Navigate to the Student Dashboard and locate the profile icon for the student.

Click the name to open the Student Profile.

Customize the profile by selecting the desired information to include.

If desired, save the configuration as a template for future use.

Print the profile directly from the interface.
Example Scenarios

Scenario: Preparing for a Parent-Teacher Conference

A teacher creates a Student Profile highlighting grades, attendance, and discipline information to discuss with parents during the conference.

Scenario: Responding to Administrative Requests

An administrator prints a Student Profile including immunization and enrollment information for compliance or verification purposes.
