Application & Lottery: Setup Trigger Emails
Admin >Settings > Trigger Emails
Enrollment Interest Submission: When enabled, this email will be sent to the families after they complete the Enrollment Interest Form. This email will include the Status ID and link to where the family can check the status of their Enrollment Interest Form for themselves.
Once you Run the Lottery:
You have three letter types to set up and choose from
1. Winner
2. Non -Winner
3. Waitlisted
Edit: Allows you to create the body of the email
Enabled: Allows you to send the letters to families
Disabled: Hide from SIS
Enrollment Form Submission Confirmation Email
If you have enabled the option for families to receive a confirmation email when they submit the enrollment interest form, you will also need to set up the trigger email for that purpose.
- Go to Reg Online Trigger Emails
- Scroll down to "Enrollment Interest Submission" enable and edit the body of the email template
