Uploading Work Samples via the Student/Parent Portal
This guide provides a step-by-step process for parents and students to upload work samples through the Student/Parent Portal. These instructions apply only if your school supports and allows this feature.

Accessing the Student/Parent Portal
- Visit your school's Student/Parent Portal website.
- Enter your login credentials (username and password) to access your account.
Navigating to Assignments and Grades
- Once logged in, locate the "Classes" tab in the navigation menu.
- From the dropdown menu, select "Assignments and Grades".
Selecting the Appropriate School Period
- Use the dropdown menu to select the relevant school period for which you wish to view assignments.
Viewing Assignments
- After selecting the school period, a list of classes will appear.
- For classes with assignments available for submission, a blue "View Assignments" button will be visible.
- Click "View Assignments" to proceed to the list of assignments.
Uploading Work Samples
- Within the assignments list, locate the specific assignment for which you want to upload a work sample.
- Click the blue "Turn In" button next to the assignment.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to upload your work sample.
Supported File Types
- Work samples must be in PDF or image formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG).
- Files must not exceed 20 MB in size.
Additional Information
- The availability of this feature depends on your school's policies.
- If you do not see the options mentioned above, your school may not have activated this feature.
