Add a New Course Catalog Manually
Admin>Transcripts>Master Course List
- Fill in as much information as you can, click save.
- Continue this process until you have all the courses you need.
- Name the catalog, select the term, and click the R/W Active box.
- Select all courses you want in the catalog and click save.
Click the Match Classes to Courses tab
Choose the Learning Center you want to work with and click update.
Choose the school type in the box on the right.
Click on a transcript code in the list on the left.
- It will auto filter the Course Selector Box.
- If there is no Transcript code, you might use the Class Course Code or search for the class by entering the name of the class in the Course Selector open field
- Click Filter
- Find the matching course code in the Course Selector Box.
Click Set to match the Class to the Course.
- Complete this for each Class name.
