Collector Tool: IS Staff Associations

Three Options to Choose From:

  1. Create New Staff Assignment
  2. Edit most recent Staff Assignment Record
  3. Delete most recent staff association record

TIPS:

  • As a reminder, using this means you are applying the exact same change to ALL students in the collection
  • Know your Collection- when editing or deleting, the assumption is that you want the most recent edited/deleted. If a student in the collections “most recent” is from 5 years ago instead, that is the one it will pick up.
  • Edit most recent can be used to check the box for “End PLS Classes too” for all students. Then use Create new Staff Assignment to assign a new staff and use the checkbox for “begin untaught PLS Classes”
    • This is helpful if students were transferred and the checkbox was not checked initially
