Creating the Catalog

Import Courses from Existing Classes

• Because courses are already being used in Learning Centers, we will use that information to
  start the creation of the final course catalog
  
  

Open the list of existing classes by clicking on the Click here to import courses already
created button

• You can view a list of courses by the Transcript Code settings or by Learning Center.

Select courses by clicking the box to the left of the course.

• This course will turn green when it is selected.
• Select only courses with High School course codes.

Choose all codes that apply to your classroom-based courses.

• You will see multiple entries of course codes with extension numbers such as 2403-1, 2403-2, 2403-3, etc.
• Select all of the extensions. This will lessen the amount of course editing you will
  have to do later.
  
  

Change the Import Classes as School Type to High School and

• Click “Click here to import Selected Courses”
